Our staff makes every effort to prevent the release of any license plate that may be considered to be in poor taste, but occasionally a configuration is issued that may be considered inappropriate by certain segments of our society. These plates are being recalled and must be surrendered to your local Department of Motor Vehicles office. You are entitled to request a hearing on this matter before the Office of Administrative Law.
