IP we can make it past the outer wall and Pollow the river, then we can make it to the mountains. I really appreciate all this, but I don't suppose y'all have something a little less...

Пусть радуется, что к Алеанне попал, а не в генерик фэнтези. Чепец и бронефартук всяко удобней, чем лифчик и бронестринги.

-Здесь до черта пушек и снаряжения, а вот боеприпасов почти не осталось.
-Аврора сказала, что главный реактор заглушен, а это означает что основные помещения затоплены.
-Если здесь действительно полно этих тварей, то нам лучше всего незаметно пробраться через западный выход.
-Если мы пойдем вдоль внешнего периметра(стены) и потом пойдем по реке мы сможем добраться до гор
-Я действительно ценю все что ты делаешь, но нет ли у тебя чего менее нарядного из одежды?

Не выдумывай, у них база не под водой же. "Overrun" здесь в том смысле, что зомби "наводнили" основные помещения. Лучше всего перевести по смыслу: "основные помещения захвачены".
