Новая газонокосилка от Honda Mean Mower V2 — самая быстрая газонокосилка в мире. Она разгоняется до 160 км/ч за шесть секунд. Макисмалка - 241 км/ч. Предыдущая газонокосилка Хонды Mean Mower также попадала в Книгу рекордов Гиннесса, но была выбита оттуда бандой норвежцев, построивших газонокосилку с максимальной скоростью 217,2 км/ч.
Средство передвижения протестировала британская каскадерша Джессика Хокинз.
Она проехала по одной из гоночных трасс в Германии на скорости 178 км/ч. Максимальная скорость косилки — 241 км/ч. У обычной газонокосилки максимальная скорость ограничена приблизительно 6,5 км/ч.
Книга рекордов Гиннесса уже официально признала Mean Mower V2 самой быстрой газонокосилкой в мире.
Предыдущий рекорд принадлежал первой версии Mean Mower (отсюда V2 в названии новой), которая развивала максимальную скорость 186,6 км/ч. В 2015 году рекорд Honda побила команда норвежцев, построивших газонокосилку с максимальной скоростью 217,2 км/ч.

All this while still being able to cut grass, albeit it with a 999cc four-cylinder engine taken from Honda’s high-performing CBR1000RR Fireblade SP motorcycle - producing 200bhp at 13,000rpm.
